My family and I live in Loudoun County; my husband and I were corporate nomads for a while but first moved to Northern Virginia with our two boys almost 15 years ago. You see, I have been in your shoes selling or buying a home many times. I understand the need for strong professional advice in selling a home. I understand the need for a Realtorto "get it" about how your family lives and what's important to you in finding your new home. That's it for the personal side. I treat selling your home, or helping you find the perfect new home, with the care, sensitivity, and professionalism it deserves. For me, nothing is more important than family, faith, and service. That's why I left a career in financial services to return to a real estate career shortly after returning to Virginia.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, have earned expert designations in short sales and foreclosures (SFR) and have extensive experience working with service members through transfers (PCS) and the DOD Homeowner's Assistance Program. I am also highly experienced in corporate relocations. In order to help my clients sell their homes for top dollar, I became certified in home staging (ASP) and, for a time, actually operated a side business staging homes for sale for other Realtors. While I've stopped providing this service to other Realtors, I do still advise my sellers on staging their home to maximize sale price in the minimum amount of time.

My affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty began in 2021, and I work with the Leesburg and Woodbridge offices. For me, it was an easy decision.
